Publiclear is a bespoke digital legacy commissioning service. Every engagement requires documented consent or legal authority for identity, voice, and likeness replication.
Clients are responsible for confirming rights over submitted source material. Publiclear may pause or reject projects where legal authority is unclear.
Publiclear products are designed for memorial and family legacy use. They may not be used for fraud, deception, or legal/financial impersonation.
